Redcar Rising

A bigger future for Redcar starts here.

Redcar Rising is a long-term campaign to bring new investment, opportunity and pride back to our town.

At the heart of it is a simple ambition: to bring a pier back to Redcar.

A new pier could become a landmark for our town once again, creating a destination for visitors, supporting local businesses and giving future generations something to be proud of.

Petition

Bring a pier back to Redcar

Redcar's pier was once at the heart of our seafront. It brought people together, welcomed visitors and was part of the town's identity.

I want to build the case for a new pier for Redcar. That starts by showing the strength of local support.

Add your name to the petition and help make the case to investors, partners and government that Redcar is ready to rise again.

What is Redcar Rising?

More than a pier. A plan to back Redcar.

Redcar Rising is about making the case for the investment our town deserves.

The pier campaign is the starting point, but the wider ambition is to attract new investment into Redcar's seafront, town centre and local economy.

That means working with residents, businesses, investors, local organisations and government to identify opportunities that can create jobs, bring more visitors into the town and help our high street thrive.

This is not about making empty promises. It is about doing the work now to build a credible, exciting and deliverable vision for Redcar's future.
