BRITAIN IS THE FASTEST-GROWING G7 ECONOMY SO FAR IN 2026.

UK growth leads the G7, driven by strong business investment and sector-wide expansion.
New figures from the Office for National Statistics show the UK economy grew by 0.5% in Q2 2026, revised up from an earlier estimate of 0.4%, bringing growth in the first half of the year to 1.0% and leading the G7.
